| Satisfaction Guarantee |
| Our 100% satisfaction guarantee relates to the quality of our processing. Our standard Pro Prints do not include any color or density adjustment, so we do not warranty such issues. However, should you feel that you have received an unacceptable print, we would be happy to reprint the order for you at no charge. Shipping fees will apply and it will be necessary to return the prints in question. All orders are printed as they are received. Please be sure to double check your order for accuracy before sending it. We take time to check prints for printing defects, but we cannot catch mistakes made during the ordering process, including misspelled words, quantity errors, and other parameters we have no control over. If you realize that a mistake was made during the ordering process, please call us immediately. If it is something we can correct before the order has printed, such as adding mounting, or upgrading the shipping, we will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order has not been printed or shipped. Since we ship orders as soon as they are ready, please note that orders needing adjustments will incur a $5.00 adjustment fee, and may be delayed up to a day. Our Premium Pro Prints do include color and density adjustments, which are made to enhance the subject of the image. If you have specific adjustments you would like, please make note of this on the "Special Instructions" form during checkout. |
| Turnaround and Shipping |
| All order received by Studio Logic are completed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders that are received on Friday will not be shipped until Monday. Studio Logic uses FEDEX for shipping needs. There are 3 types of shipping methods offered: Ground ($5.00), 2nd Work Day ($15.00), and Next Work Day ($30.00). Pick a Pack Order shipping: Ground ($5.00), 2nd Work Day ($45.00), and Next Work Day ($65.00). Saturday deliveries must be requested by phone and are subject to additional expenses. Tracking numbers are available via email or telephone request. |
| Color Correction |
“Correct Needed Files” – When needed, Studio Logic will correct your image files for density, color, and contrast. This service is considered to be carte blanche and billable at $1.50 per image file. As corrections are made at Studio Logic’s assessment, your order total cannot be shown in the ROES check out. In the event that the billable total exceeds the price of the “Color Correct All Files,” Studio Logic will correct all files at $1.00 per file. Selecting this option may add 1 day to shipping time. |
Labtricity Orders |
Please note that all Labtricity orders that contain text created within Express Digital, that fonts used MUST be fonts that we have here at the lab, or the text you enter will be substituted with a "Arial" font. It may appear larger or smaller on your final prints, due to variances between font sizes. Please call and ask us if you have any questions regarding this, since orders with font issues will be delayed at least a day. Before sending in your Labtricity Orders, it is important to click the "edit and proof" button for each order you send. Going through the images one by one is the only way to ensure that the images will be cropped and adjusted the way you want them. If your customer orders an 8x10 image and you do not proof the order before sending it to us, the image will be center cropped, possibly cutting off tops of heads, etc. Photographers who choose to have the order drop shipped to their clients should pay particular attention to this, since Studio Logic will not be responsible for reprinting cost and shipping of these orders. Selecting color correction for the images is the recommended choice to ensure your order looks its best. |
| Drop Shipping |
| Studio Logic offers a very attractive drop shipping option for our clients.All orders arrive to your clients without any invoices or paperwork and prints are placed inside a decorative black linen folio. Should you desire, Studio Logic can send your order directly to your client in an unmarked shipping box and include your studio information within the order. (Once you mail us your packaging literature, we will maintain a stock for all subsequent Drop Ship orders.) Drop shipping is $10.00 and can be requested in the shipping option on the ROES checkout screen. |
| Shipping Packaging |
| We take great care to ensure that your photographs arrive safely through the transportation process. All of our packaging, from the boxes we use, to the bags we place your photographs in have been rigorously tested to provide the most protection during transit. The easiest way of freeing your photographs from the bags that are taped to cardboard is to take a razor or X-acto knife and carefully cut the bag open along one side. This will allow the prints to just slide out. |
| Damaged Shipping |
| Occasionally it will happen. Although it is rare, should you receive an order that appears to be damaged while in transit, notify the shipper and Studio Logic immediately. We will then issue a return label for you to resend the damaged print(s) and we will immediately reprint the original order. |
| Rush Services |
| In the rare instances the 24-hour turnaround is not fast enough, Studio Logic is capable of same day printing & shipping. Printing fees will increase by 100% for orders that require same day service. |
| Payment |
| Keeping things simple is what we are all about and our payment option is no different. Credit card payment is required with each order. No COD, Open Accounts or Check Payments allowed. (At the end of each month, you will not miss reconciling your lab orders that you have long forgotten.) On the check out screen to the ROES ordering interface, you will be prompted to enter in your credit card information before submitting your order. You can feel comfortable doing so as ROES encrypts your order and payment information for a secure transaction. You will notice that Studio Logic does require a minimum order of $12.00 on all orders. This minimum amount does not include your shipping charge. |
| Texas Resale Certificate |
